The core objective of this division is to carry out the functions regarding the mobilization of fiscal resources, management of the revenue sharing and intergovernmental fiscal transfer for the proficient implementation of rights specified by the Constitution of Nepal to the different tiers of government and to provide help for enabling the fiscal management process of provincial and local level government to accomplish the goal of fiscal federalism in the changing scenario.
